Context

Flaconi needed a sharper emotional position to stand apart and grow. The task was to define a clearer brand idea, deepen the relationship with customers, and turn beauty retail into something more personal, empowering and distinctive.

Approach

Foundry developed a new strategic positioning for Flaconi built around #empoweringbeauty and the claim “Find your beauty. Everyday.” We also turned it into a 360 campaign that put compliments at the center, spanning TV, OOH, moving displays, print, online, PR and social across Germany and Austria.

Outcome

We boosted Flaconi’s market presence and gave clearer expression to its ambition to become Europe’s most loved beauty destination. The campaign later won two German Brand Awards for strategy and communication, as well as first place in the public vote on Horizont.net for the most popular campaign.

The campaign’s TV spot ran in both Germany and Austria, giving the new platform regional scale from launch. That matters for the case because it shows the work was designed not just as a local brand expression, but as a scalable growth platform for a beauty player with broader European ambition.
